Shipping Policy

I ship using USPS or UPS, depending on the package size.

I endeavor to ship orders out within 2 business days.

If the a parcel is returned for any reason (such as the recipient moved, refused the item, or the wrong address was provided) a refund will be issued.

I will only provide a refund for lost shipments after 60 days. This is to ensure that the package has every opportunity to work its way through the postage system.

Once a package is shipped, shipment issue inquiries should be directed to the carrier.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

ALL ITEMS ARE SHIPPED FROM THE USA!

All goods sent to another country have to go through that country's customs. Some countries impose customs fees or tariffs (additional taxes collected by that country). The amount charged is determined by the destination government, and some of these fees can be quite high. Please be aware of these fees before ordering, as I will not refund international shipping on orders that have been returned unclaimed.

I will not alter the price of an item or mark it as a gift for you to avoid customs fees. It is fraud to falsify a customs form, and carries a penalty of up to $10,000 fine and 5 years imprisonment (13 U.S.C. § 305 : US Code - Section 305: Penalties for unlawful export information).
