For the past year or so I've been sending postcards to some folks, but today I did some pruning of my address book. Basically, if I've sent you three or more pieces of mail but have not heard back, I am setting your address aside. Unless, of course, I hear from you in the future, in which case I'll put your address back in the book.

For those of you who take a moment to send me a letter or a postcard, thank you so much! I just love it. For some reason I feel more connected to people when I communicate with them through the mail... Maybe I'm just old... I've always been a little envious of the ability to maintain friendships online, but I never could. For some reason, it's just not for me. This of course does not hold for shop related communication, which I have absolutely no problem with.
